Digital Critical Care Skills Passport for RSC and NRSS roles

The Critical Care skills passport is now digital. This passport was developed, in partnership with stakeholders, to prepare and support staff deployed to critical care to work as Registered Support Clinicians (RSC) or Non-Registered Support Staff (NRSS).
Providing the skills passport on a digital platform enhances its accessibility for both RSC and NRSS users as well as for those working in the environments to where staff members have been redeployed. The passport’s reporting function enables each Trust to assess the preparedness of areas in relation to staffing.
