Florence Nightingale Comes Home
8th Dec 2020
The BACCN Conference team had work with a team from Nottingham University which included Paul Crawford, Professor of Health Humanities in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences; Richard Bates, Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Faculty of Arts and Jonathan Memel, Lecturer in English Literature in the School of Humanities throughout 2019 with what was meant to have been an exciting part of our 2020 conference exhibition showcasing some of the “Florence Nightingale Comes Home” exhibits to celebrate the WHO Year of the Nurse. This was clearly put on hold as a result of the pandemic and us moving to a virtual conference but we are so happy to see that their work has finally been published.
