Survey on changes to organ donation legislation.

21st Nov 2022

BACCN members are invited to participate in a short online survey that should take about 10-12 minutes to complete. This survey is part of the national evaluation of the Organ Donation (Deemed Consent) Act, 2019, in England, commissioned by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).

It does not matter if you do not work directly in organ donation and transplantation, your views matter and will help us understand more about the impacts of the changes from multiple perspectives, support organ donation and transplant services, and help to continue to deliver best care. You can read more about the study here, or by contacting the research team directly using the details below.

This is from the research team at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

You can help us by completing this survey as soon as possible. When you click the link below you will be presented with a series of open and closed questions. The data you provide will be anonymised and analysed by members of the research team. You can find out more about how they use your information here, or by contacting the research team.

As a small thank you for completing the survey, they will offer the first 500 respondents who complete the survey a £5 Amazon gift voucher.
