Twitter Chat May

23rd May 2019

Thank you as usual to all those that took part in the recent BACCN Twitter Chat. We would also like to say a big "Thank You" to @MillieColette for giving up her time (and nearly ruining her dinner at the end) in moderating this particular chat.

There's recently been an increasing recognition of the importance of maintaining our own health and well being. Given the work we're involved with and the environment we undertake this in every day its vital we look after ourselves and each other. Many of us struggle to maintain a balance between our work & home life and it was great to hear some good examples and ideas of what can be done to improve this from those taking part.

In recognition of the importance of this we've invited the Laura Hyde Foundation as one of our chosen charities for #BACCNConf2019. LHF is the UK's only charity focussed on mental health support and awareness for our emergency services including acute care staff. We'll be joining forces to raise money for this worthy charity during our usual conference fun run. Not booked your place yet?? Here's the link: https://www.baccn.org/conference-2019/

Please find below a collection of our tweets that can be used in your reflection and or revalidation
