Colette completed her nurse training in Norwich in 1989 and has worked in critical care in Manchester and Central London. Colette is a qualified nurse teacher registered with the NMC and has a Diploma (Post Graduate) in Advanced Practice - Leadership with Merit. She joined the National Board in 2002 and was the Conference Director from 2009-2017.
